It's never too late

For a 4th of July post, right? I just wanted to be able to share with you what we listened to non-stop on July 4th from 815 pm until 1249 am. Fun, right!?

Luke's reaction to his first viewing of "All About John Deere". No need to post momma's reaction to her 196th viewing; I'll trust you can guess.

Luke sensing he was about to be left behind with momma instead of going with daddy (and brothers). He got his boots and hat on and wouldn't leave Jereme's side. He was right...daddy and the little boys went to the car races, Luke and momma went grocery shopping...virtually the same thing...

Jorden: You aren't seriously taking a picture of how you fed us dinner on a Sunday night, are you?

Of course we are!!

We had such a FABULOUS vacay last summer with strep throat all around, we are gearing up to do it again! Leaving Monday morning for a full week! I hope someone breaks in while we are gone...take what you need but also be sure to pick up a few of the toys in the basement, too!

Random Wednesday Post

More pics from the 4th

Making daddy work!

Isaac's rather painful-looking sleep position

Getting along for a few minutes

Meltdown!!

Might go down in history as the most random blog post ever. But, if I don't write it, I'll never remember!!

*July 5th--both Isaac and Jorden prayed the sweetest prayer ever today and asked Jesus to come live in their hearts.

*Both boys are absolutely obsessed with how anyone and everyone died in our family. They want to know every detail possible about death...they repeatedly tell the stories and ask more questions. Be prepared to hear a few of the details!!

*Jorden and Jereme's convo a few days ago:
Jorden: Daddy, when we get to heaven Jesus fixes us and we aren't broken anymore?
Jereme: Yep!
Jorden: So, Poppa Rodger is fixed and not broken anymore?
Jereme: That's right buddy.
Jorden: Huh. WEIRD!
We laughed so hard!!

*Jereme went to check on little boys the other night before going to bed. They were both in Isaac's bed snuggled up together. The next morning we asked why they were sleeping in the same bed. Jorden told us he was scared of the fireworks so Isaac said he could come sleep with him. I *SO* wish I had a picture of that but it'll forever be a picture in my mind!!

Happy 4th of July!

Happy Birthday, America from 3 little firecrackers!

(Nothing says Independence Day like John Deere green, right?)
