*A gal's blog that I blog-stalk just posted a recipe for Tofu Stir-fry. Can you imagine Jereme and tofu stir-fry. Is it even okay for me to put Jereme and tofu in the same sentence?
*Why have I had a picture sitting against the wall in our bedroom for 12 weeks now? I know that's where I am going to put it...am I really that lazy that I won't go get a nail and hammer?
*I sometimes wonder if people seriously think about the stuff they are putting on Facebook. There needs to be an "awkward" button similar to the "like" button.
*Writing this post has helped me avoid finish cleaning the bathrooms. Cleaning with small children is overrated.

**Update and Correction**
Arica reminded me that you knock 'em down if they start walking before crawling b/c there is a correlation between kids who skip crawling and struggling with reading. But, whatever, I am still going to knock him down when he starts pulling up b/c that baby is changing too fast!
I will try hard to put pics on tomorrow b/c I am fairly certain you don't care about my ramblings...

Simple Pleasures...
My sweet friend Kelli blogged on this topic last week and I told her I was going to do the same thing. Made me really stop and think. So, here are some things that I love:
Sudden kisses, hugs and loves from my boys
Jereme unexpectedly home from work early
80-degree days
Having the windows open
Luke, belly-laughing at his brothers antics
Books, books, books
Laughing so hard it makes me cry
Putting the last piece of laundry away so it's all caught up for one moment
On that note, a clean house!
Christmas cards/pictures/letters from family and friends. I love going to the mailbox during December!
Catching Jereme's eye at the table in a restaraunt or anywhere in public when all three boys are being, well boys
Bunco night!
Unprompted, long conversations with Jereme about anything
A good, red beer, especially at a KSU tailgate
Yoga pants, hats and visors
Watching my boys sleep
What are some of your simple pleasures?

Luke's on table food
What can I say, he is advanced! Today, Luke had his first goldfish cracker. Not because he picked it up and ate it (because that would indicate that I have poor housekeeping skills and leave food on the floor which NEVER happens here), but because his um, er, well, sweet and darling brothers shoved one in his mouth. That was 4 hours ago and he's still alive. Seriously, how bad can it be? Wait a sec, don't answer that. Luke, I love you to pieces and I am sorry, so very sorry for the things you are about to endure with twin ornery older brothers.
On another note, Luke is a full-fledged roller. He is mighty quick on getting from his back to his tummy. I just want to bawl. He is a-changin' way too fast for my liking.
Arica, if you are reading this, I totally get it now why you told me to knock 'em down when they start standing/pulling-up too early. I thought you were crazy (I still do a little but not for this reason alone) when you told me that years ago, but I GET IT!! Love ya!

Anyone? Hello?????
Please, mommas, tell me our house isn't the only house...
Luke has a double ear infection. I won't bore you with the details of screaming, crying from poor baby and how we've slept little to none the past 60 hours. But, this morning, he was slightly more perky. I was giving him his morning dose of Amoxicillan, which ironically, Isaac accidently knocked over last night in the bathroom so I had to call and request another round of medicine. I was able to scrounge around for one more dose. Anyways, I am standing in our bedroom giving Luke his medicine. Did I mention that it is bright pink? I just finished giving it to him when Isaac accidently bumped into me causing me to jam the medicine dropper down Luke's throat. Luke proceeds to begin gagging and vomited mass quanities of his bottle up...did I mention that the medicine was bright pink??? Did I mention the carpet in our bedroom is white? Did I mention that Jorden was in the room watching me dose up Luke? Oh, I didn't...well, you can see where this is going. Jorden watched Luke vomit, gags, throws up. Thankfully, just a smidgen, and ran to the bathroom to throw up the remainder of his breakfast in the toliet (good boy!)!
It's 830. I've already changed Luke's clothes twice, mine once, 2 loads of laundry, 3 other loads to be folded, a disaster in the kitchen, and a huge bright pink stain on the bedroom carpet...anyone else...c'mon, girls, what's going on at your house this Friday morning????????????????

Our dirty little secret...we still let our kids have their pacifiers at bedtime. But, a week ago, we sent the binkies on to another home. For the record, the only person who cried about this was me. Why are they getting so big so quick??
Making Valentine's cookies with Mimi Judy
It was just a crazy, wild party at our house for the Super bowl...
Luke does get mad sometimes...
But, about 30 seconds later here he is...

Happy Anniversary
On this day in history, my life was changed forever. It was a milestone day and one that I will never forget. It wasn't love at first sight. In fact, it still isn't anywhere near love. Three years ago today, this became all mine...
Do the math on this one...what made that whole situation even cooler was the fact that when the "mini" became mine, I was still 2 months and 1 week away from delivering the twins. So, I got to rock out the minivan without any kids for 9 weeks. Driving a mini-van is awesome...try it out, really, I mean it. It's a-w-e-s-o-m-e. Nothing in the world makes me laugh harder than watching Jereme drive off in the minivan. You're awesome, babe!
What can I say, that's how we roll...
