Luke sensing he was about to be left behind with momma instead of going with daddy (and brothers). He got his boots and hat on and wouldn't leave Jereme's side. He was right...daddy and the little boys went to the car races, Luke and momma went grocery shopping...virtually the same thing...

Of course we are!!
We had such a FABULOUS vacay last summer with strep throat all around, we are gearing up to do it again! Leaving Monday morning for a full week! I hope someone breaks in while we are gone...take what you need but also be sure to pick up a few of the toys in the basement, too!

Those fireworks you had to listen to all night.....also started a fire on the straw around my cucumbers. But don't worry, I think they tried to put it out though, or at least the mostly empty Mt.Dew can would leave you to believe that.
I've still got one cucumber plant though, so I might still get some pickles.
That is a TON of fireworks! I hope your vacation is much healthier this year!
